Our Grand Ballroom is an enchanted setting for a wedding up to 600 guests. Located on our seventh floor, the Grand Ballroom is very versatile and can be set to your specifications. Your wedding consultant will be happy to view the room with you to discuss the possibilities.

The Imperial Ballroom has a unique elegance perfect for weddings with a guest list under 300 people. With hosting over a century of events, the Imperial Ballroom still proves to have the same luster it did when its doors were first opened.

If you are looking for a smaller, intimate affair, then the Cafe Rouge is a perfect setting for your unforgettable evening. The Cafe Rouge has played host to events since the turn of the century and to this day continues to wow the guests.

The Finest Cuisine

Choose from one of our classic selections or plan a special menu unique to your special event with the assistance of your personal on-site wedding consultant. The Pfister uses only the freshest produce and the finest meat and seafood in preparing your menu selection for your special day. The Pfister provides complimentary white linens and table centerpieces, fine china and high-quality silver-plated flatware at each dinner table. All gift tables, place card tables, cake tables and head tables receive white skirting. We will provide complimentary cake cutting when your cake is served as the dessert course.

We've created special packages that are sure to meet your individual needs. All our packages offer displayed hors d'oeuvres. Add a special touch with upgrading to butler passed hors d'oeuvres and white glove service.

Beverage Service

The Pfister offers you the finest selection of champagnes, sparkling wines and wine to fit the ambiance of the event. We invite you to consult with our catering staff to complement your menu selections with an appropriate selection. Hosted and cash bar service are available with a wide selection of house, call and premium lables. We also offer an attractive cocktail package plan. For groups of 50 or more people, the amount is charged on a per person basis. All packages include cocktails, wine, domestic beer, mineral water and soft drinks.
